Volcano Powder is a bold yet elegant ikat design in cool blue. Handmade in the UK and filled with sustainably sourced duck feather and down. Whilst every effort is made to make all cushions identical in pattern placement some will vary due to large pattern repeat of the Volcano fabric. The Volcano Powder fabric used in this design is printed on the edge of the Lake District using ECOFAST technology, a digital pigment printing method which uses 50% less water than traditional techniques.

Volcano from the Expedition Collection recalls Martin's recent travels to Indonesia where Balinese legends are based around fire gods of volcanic mountains. The Earth's circular core and streams of spewing lava inspired this abstract motif. In cool blue, Powder evokes the cold temperature at the lofty summit of a volcano which contrasts to its fiery centre and adds a sophisticated tone to any room. Volcanos should no longer be things of terrifying legends, subtly incorporate them in your home for decorative flair.
