Please note: In the first few weeks of use, you will see some naturally occurring, light shedding of wool fibre. Simply vacuum your rug without a brush attachment and this will cease.
Caring for your rug
Daily and routine care
- Vacuum your rug once or twice a week, or more often for high-traffic areas. Use a low suction setting and avoid beater bars to prevent damage.
- Turn the rug every few months if possible to ensure even wear from foot traffic and exposure to sunlight.
- If you notice any loose or long threads, simply snip them to the pile height with sharp scissors. Do not pull them.
For deeper cleaning or tough stains
- Blot stains immediately with a clean cloth or paper towel. Do not use chemicals or solvents.
- Use a professional cleaning service.
