We've teamed up with Carma in a move towards making Andrew Martin a more carbon neutral company, whilst also supporting our Veteran community within the UK and some of the poorest communities around the world.
At Andrew Martin our deep-rooted connection to the romance of travel and our wanderlust for different cultures and environments across the globe has consistently informed our designs. From wallpaper prints and fabric patterns to the design and manufacture of our furniture. In appreciation of the natural world and the rich source of inspiration it continues to provide, we wanted to start thinking about how we can give back and look for ways to reduce our impact on the planet.
This ethos, combined with our desire to become a more carbon neutral company led to the start of a strong partnership with Carma, an organisation who are focused on the reforestation of the planet through empowering local communities around the world.

Design Conscious Decisions
Cushions
Our Cushions are designed to provide maximum comfort while minimizing environmental impact. We achieve this through prioritising eco-friendly materials and fillings that include natural fibers like wool, cotton, and recycled polyester, which reduce waste and conserve resources. We partner with suppliers who adhere to sustainable manufacturing practices, ensuring that every cushion is made with minimal environmental footprint. This includes reducing water usage, energy consumption, and emissions during production. Our cushions are crafted to last, reducing the need for frequent replacements. By choosing durable, high-quality materials, we help reduce the cycle of consumption and waste.
Fabric
Our Fabric collections combine luxurious textures and vibrant designs with an unwavering commitment to sustainability by using fabrics made from organic cotton, linen, and recycled fibers. These materials are grown and processed without harmful chemicals, preserving the health of the environment and the people who produce them. Our dyeing and finishing processes utilise eco-friendly dyes and methods that reduce water and energy usage, minimising our ecological footprint.
Wallpaper
Our Wallpaper designs are not just about transforming spaces but also about protecting the planet by using FSC-certified paper and recycled materials for our wallpapers, ensuring that our products contribute to forest conservation and reduce deforestation. Our wallpapers are printed with water-based, non-toxic inks that are free from harmful VOCs, making them safer for both the environment and your home. We aim to minimize waste throughout our production process by using efficient printing techniques and recycling off-cuts and leftovers.

Recycled feather
Our feather filling is sustainably sourced from Scandinavia and contains 50% recycled feather from recycled duvets and jackets.

Anti-allergy Wool
We use responsibly sourced wool from British farms, in partnership with The Woolkeepers®.

Eco-conscious printing
Printed on the edge of the Lake District using ECOFAST technology, we use a digital pigment printing method which uses 50% less water than traditional techniques, ensures it is also kinder on our planet.
