Delivery - General Delivery Information
How will my items be delivered to me?
We can only process online orders that have a UK Mainland delivery addresses. Once you have successfully placed your order with us we always aim to process your order within 2 working days and deliver your items to you as quickly as possible but please note that products sold on this website are not all stored at the same location and are delivered by different courier companies depending on product size and weight. Subsequently you may receive your order in two or more separate deliveries and delivery times will vary depending on the products you have ordered. In this instance free delivery still applies and you will not be charged for multiple deliveries to fulfil your order.
We use multiple courier companies to deliver items sold on this website. Most of our furniture, lighting and ceramic range is delivered using a specialist courier who only collect shipments from our warehouse once a week. When ordering furniture, lighting and ceramics online from us you should allow 15 working days from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse to receive your delivery.
All smaller items that include; wallpaper, fabric, bedding, quilts, shams, curtains, throws, candles, cushions, mugs and books are delivered using a standard UPS service. You should allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your delivery confirmation email to receive orders of this type. You will be able to track the progress of your delivery online via the UPS website. Details of how to do this will be included in your delivery summary confirmation email.
All Fabric & Wallpaper samples can be ordered online and delivered worldwide completely free of charge. Samples are sent via Royal Mail First Class post, worldwide.
