This small pocket of central London was originally home to England’s very first porcelain factory. But thanks to Martin’s Properties it has now been redeveloped into a boutique residential space with the Andrew Martin design team providing the modern build with a fresh yet eclectic interiors scheme.
MARTIN WALLER
The development sits within the heart of West London. In between the legendary King's Road, the cradle of some of the world's iconic fashion movements, and the River Thames. Flooded with natural light the building is a reinterpretation of the classic Chelsea townhouse with the addition of a few modern luxuries, 'downstairs the cinema and games room provide plenty of
space for entertaining family and friends'. In a fresh and bright colour palette, the interiors are a pleasing mix of old and new, textured upholstery and graphic artwork sits alongside antique wooden tables and the framed letters of artists who once roamed the surrounding streets. All illuminated by the vibrant lighting of our neon artworks and sculptural metallic lighting.
