About our delivery service
The dispatch date for a product will be confirmed on the order acknowledgement. We deliver most items from Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm .
Once an order is dispatched you will be contacted by our delivery company to schedule a suitable delivery time and date.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.
The product(s) shall be delivered by our delivery company to your address and the risk in the good(s) will pass on to you upon delivery.
Immediate notification should be given to our delivery company of any loss or damages to goods.
You are required to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any loss or damages to Andrew Martin International Ltd immediately.
In respect of damage(s) to good(s) reported to Andrew Martin International Ltd after 24 hours of receipt. We will require proof that the good(s) were damaged before receipt by you.
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. Please contact us to check if your adress is in a remote rural area.
Deliveries can only be made to addresses registered within the UK territories.
