Glacier Powder is a strong, graphic geometric cushion in icy blue and beige with contrast piping in smart, textured velvet, Mossop Ice. A supple linen blend, handmade in the UK and filled with sustainably sourced duck feather and down. Join us on a journey to the maze-like streets of the Middle East.
Glacier Powder fabric used in this design is printed on the edge of the Lake District using ECOFAST technology, a digital pigment printing method which uses 50% less water than traditional techniques.
The geometric nature of this design does have a slight pattern variation, and as a result it is not geometrically perfect.
Drawing inspiration from the incense-infused, bustling markets of Istanbul, Glacier Powder cushion embodies Kurdish geometric style and gives it a cool, subtle twist. With the motif in icy blue and beige, this cushion revives the collarless, linen shirts of Turkish street vendors. The hot and dusty pavements imbued in the sandy tones and woven texture of the fabric, you can imagine the locals craving cool relief from the dry heat.
